Whenever you are ready, have a read through the FAQ's and fill out the contact form. I'll get back to you within 48 hours (except on weekends), and we can start planning your perfect session.

After I receive your initial email, I will send through a bunch of information and answer any questions you may have. We decide on and lock in a date for your session. This is secured with your $200 session fee and signed contract. Once your date is locked in, I will send through a
that will allow me to get to know you and your loved ones better to get the most out of your session.
the day of
It's shoot day! I will check the weather for any surprises and arrive at your chosen location early to check for any changes. All you have to do is get there on time and leave the rest to me. Don't stress out about the perfect photo. I will guide you through your session and we will get some amazing photos.
gallery delivery
After our session, I will get to work editing your photos. You will receive your preview gallery in 7-10days where you will have 7 days to make your selections or upgrade your package and make any print orders. In two weeks you will have your final gallery and not long after that, you will receive any print products you have ordered.

Family

I’m not here to take the “picture-perfect” portrait. I want to tell your story—the chaos, the mess, and the love that make your family uniquely yours. My goal is to capture the authentic moments, the fleeting interactions that tell the real story of your family. These are the moments that, years from now, will bring you back to this chapter of your life.
Family sessions are held outdoors at either sunrise or sunset to capture that beautiful golden glow of the Pilbara, with the stunning red dirt as your backdrop.
Extended Family Sessions:
If you’d like to include extended family, I offer those as well! To ensure everyone gets the attention they deserve, we may need to add some extra time, depending on the size of the group. Packages for extended sessions start at $650 for 30 images.

Maternity
Pregnancy is such an incredibly special time in your life, and capturing a moment now will give you something to look back on and cherish for years to come. While you can schedule your maternity session at any stage of your pregnancy, the sweet spot is typically between 32-36 weeks. At this stage, you'll have a beautiful, rounded bump, and it gives you a little buffer in case baby decides to arrive early.
Partners, siblings, and even pets are always welcome to join in—after all, this is a celebration of your growing family!
To make the experience even easier, I offer a growing client wardrobe filled with a variety of beautiful pieces in different sizes and shapes, so you’ll have options that flatter and fit your body perfectly.

Birth
Giving birth is a complex, deeply personal experience. You have a plan, and while we all hope it unfolds as imagined, sometimes things don’t go according to plan. It’s a moment that is both exhausting and thrilling, slightly scary yet full of love. The bond between you and your partner as you welcome your little one into the world is truly beautiful.
I want to capture it all for you—the raw emotions, the tender moments, the strength, and the love. I’ll blend into the background as much as possible, offering support when needed, all while documenting this momentous occasion in your life.
Birth Package Details:
My birth photography package includes a mini 30-minute maternity session, with 10 images, plus full access to my client wardrobe. I will be on call starting at 38 weeks and will be there to document active labor, the birth itself, and 1-2 hours post-birth to capture those first precious moments with your baby.

Newborn
Newborn sessions are best captured in the first 14 days, when your little one is still sleepy and that gorgeous newborn scrunch is in full effect. But don't worry if you miss this early window—every stage of your baby’s life is unique and beautiful, and the only "too late" moment is when memories aren't captured at all.
I offer lifestyle newborn sessions that can take place at sunrise or sunset, either at a location of your choice or in the comfort of your home. These sessions are all about documenting the raw, real moments as they unfold, so you’ll have a collection of timeless memories to treasure.
**Fresh 48 Sessions:**
For those who want to capture the very first moments of life, I offer Fresh 48 sessions. These intimate, short sessions (around 30 minutes) take place within the first 48 hours of your baby’s life—typically while you're still in the hospital. You’ll receive approximately 30 beautifully edited images to cherish forever, all for $350.

FAQ
Where are you located?
I am located in Wickham, a small town located not far from Karratha in the North West Pilbara region of Western Australia. I also travel to Gippsland, Victoria several times a year and Darwin, though not as often as I would like. If you have a specific location in mind, I am happy to travel, just ask.
How do I book a photography session with you?
Once you have had a look at my stuff and feel like I'm the right photographer for you, head over to my 'Contact Me' page. Fill out the form or send me an email to hello@jodiecarolyne.com I will get back to you within 48 hours, except on weekends, and we will work together to create a session that you love. After a date has been decided, I will send through an invoice for the $200 session fee and your contract. Your date isn't locked in until these two things are done.
Can I upgrade my package?
Absolutely. This can be done once you receive your selection gallery. I'll send out an invoice for the difference in price. Once paid, I will release your images to you for downloading.
When will I receive my images?
You will receive your selection gallery within 10 days. From here you will have 7 days to make your final selections, upgrade your package if you wish to and order any products.
Do you offer printing services?
Of course! When you receive your album, my print store will be attached, ready for you to print those magic moments.
For those that would like a personally curated fine art album, this can also be organised at an extra cost.
What type of photography do you do?
As a photographer my style is more lifestyle. I'm a lover for those beautiful candid moments between loved ones. The laughter, love and natural connections, in a fun and relaxed environment.
Do you offer payment plans?
Yes I do. A $200 session fee is due at time of booking but we can create a payment plan to pay off your chosen package, so it's all paid off 7 days prior to your session.
Do you provide RAW files?
No. My edits are part of my recipe to give you a piece of art.
What should we wear?
You want to feel like yourself. Avoid loud patterns, logos and floor colours. Earthy and neutral tones in natural fabrics with plenty of flow and movement. When coming with others, dress in complimentary colours/tones. If you need some help, just ask and I'll be happy to help you style your session. Once your booked in I will send you my 'What to wear guide' and for the mums, I have my client closet available.Most importantly, wear something you feel beautiful and confident in.
